There is possibly a moment in everyone’s life when we realize that everything on this earth, whatever lived and breathed and smiled, managed to do this because there is someone who is scorching and glowing, encompassing all the chaos within, and giving away all that it can, in the form of eternal flow of energy. The present and future lives follow the same script.
This is our Sun, so grand and so far, yet caring kindly and giving generously.
For me, that moment is whenever I experience the power of fire. It is so overwhelming even from a distance that when I stand to think about it, my heart fills with cries for everyone who unfortunately had to experience it in life. And then thoughts wander towards real fire lord, our Sun, just to think about the turmoil of atoms and heat and the vast scale of all of it and containing that all since billions of years and will continue to do so for billions more and with all that, managing to create and sustain happiness millions of kilometers away, is astonishing and humbling. I bow to you, my lord, my Sun.
It also helps me realize that this is what real way of living should be. Do we have even the slightest capability to be in disarray and burn within but manage to contain it all and shine and help others smile? I guess not many of us do. Our whole focus of existence is our own benefits but isn’t this very moment a beautiful moment to change, take one small step towards becoming what gave us this very life.
Only when we have billions of suns igniting in their own influence and circles, small or big, will this world become a beautiful place. No house can become a home, unless they have their own sun or suns. No community can thrive unless they have their own suns. We, humans, can become an amazing civilization, if only some or many or all of us learn to embrace this, ‘the way of the Sun’, or as we can call it in future, the real ‘Humanity’.
